The extraction and analysis of user needs is one of the core elements in design.The design path from user need extraction to product design under the guidance of the KANO-AHP model was mainly explored,and it was verified with a case study of urban power supply services.By applying the model,ways were found for handling diverse user needs in design,providing a quantitative data processing path for similar product design processes and decision-making,making the design process more coherent and reliable.
