摘要

情绪困扰在年轻人群体中已经越来越严重,尤其在新冠疫情期间,90%的学生出现了负面的心理问题.根据Gross情绪调节模型,搭建了情绪调节类产品的服务设计体系,以用户体验地图发掘用户需求,设计了一款实体端和软端应用程序相结合的产品,对大学生的焦虑情绪进行调节,以达到疏解情绪和疗愈心理的效果,从而引导大学生积极面对学习和生活.

Abstract

Emotional distress has become more and more serious among young people.Especially during the COVID-19,90%of students have negative mental health symptoms.The service design system of emotion regulation products was built according to Gross emotion regulation mod-el,and the user experience map was used to explore user needs to design a product that combines physical and soft applications to regulate the anxiety of college students,so as to relieve emotion,heal psychology,and guide college students to actively study and live.
