Focusing on the construction of marine ecological civilization plays a dominant role in the research on sustainable fashion design nowa-days.In order to explore potential paths for innovative practice exploration in the systematic relationship between them,by sorting out the devel-opment of marine resource applied in the field of fashion,and the new driving force of the fashion industry given by current scientific and techno-logical breakthroughs was discussed based on marine development,to promote the sustainable development of the marine economy.
