Qiuci is located on a transportation hub of the Silk Road,and its unique geographical location endows it with diverse"Hehe"cultural characteristics.The murals in Qiuci Grottoes have experienced the integration of multiple cultures,which is the embodiment of the connotation of"harmony in reality"and"harmony but difference"in the traditional Chinese culture of"Hehe".The fusion method of"harmony"concept and design were discussed through the evolution of surface layer,expression layer and fusion layer of elements with characteristics of Greece,India and Central Plains in fresco.It is pointed out that thinking with the concept of"harmony"is helpful to promote design innovation,and is also the requirement of The Times to inherit and develop the excellent traditional culture of China.
