Training system for applied talents in industrial design of the intelligent commercial kitchen engineering direction under the cooperation mode be-tween schools and enterprises
In order to strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises and deepen the integration of industry and education,the School of Art and Design of Shanghai University of Engineering and Technology began to carry out school enterprise cooperation with the Shanghai Cater-ing and Culinary Industry Association and related enterprises in 2019,establishing the direction of smart commercial kitchen engineering system.And through the joint training of school enterprise mentors,the construction of practical platforms,the introduction of practical projects into the classroom,and practical internship courses,the application oriented talent training system was restructured for industrial design professional smart business kitchen engineering,forming a set of high-quality engineering application oriented talent training models.
