从学生接受视角出发的教学模式,紧跟时代教育潮流,体现了人性化教育和因材施教的理念.将OKR与PDCA两种管理方法引入教学体系,旨在满足多维度的教学需求和教学方法改进.以传统纹样设计创新课程为例,通过结合关键目标与持续改进,构建学生兴趣与毕业要求之间的有效桥梁,推动教学的持续发展.
Abstract
The teaching mode from the perspective of students'acceptance keeps up with the trend of the times and embodies the concept of hu-manized education and individualized teaching.Two management methods such as OKR and PDCA were introduced into the teaching system to meet the multi-dimensional teaching needs and improve teaching methods.The course of Traditional Pattern Design Innovation taken as an exam-ple to build an effective bridge between students'interests and graduation requirements by combining key objectives with continuous improve-ment,so as to promote the sustainable development of teaching.
