上海具备深厚的文化底蕴、丰富的文物资源和开放的市场环境,为建设成为国际文物艺术品交易中心奠定了基础,但仍面临法律体系不健全、交易规模、人才资源不足等问题.通过SWOT分析,提出了建设数字化平台、完善流通体系、引进人才、加强风险管理等策略,以推动上海特色的国际文物艺术品交易中心建设.
Abstract
Shanghai has a profound cultural heritage,rich cultural relics resources and an open market environment,which has laid the foundation for the construction of an international cultural relics and art trading center.However,it still faces problems such as imperfect legal system,insuffi-cient transaction scale and insufficient human resources.Through SWOT analysis,strategies were put forward such as building digital platform,im-proving circulation system,introducing talents and strengthening risk management,to promote the construction of international cultural relics and art trading center with Shanghai characteristics.
