摘要
基于铜资源开采、冶炼过程带来众多与之相关的重金属环境污染问题.本研究利用固定化小球藻对废水中的铜离子进行吸附处理,将小球藻、海藻酸钠和氯化钙以一定的比例制备成固定化小球藻颗粒,探究固定化小球藻投放量、反应温度、铜离子初始浓度、pH等因素对固定化小球藻吸附铜离子效果的影响,确定固定化小球藻对废水中铜所能达到的最佳吸附效果的反应条件.结果表明,当pH为6.5,温度为35 ℃,投放量为10g/150 ml,反应时间为1.5 h,反应初始铜离子浓度为400 mg/L时,固定化小球藻对Cu2+的吸附率最高能达到93%.研究结果可为固定化小球藻应用于含铜离子废水的处理提供科学依据.
Abstract
Based on the current situation of heavy metal environmental pollution caused by the mining and smelting process of copper resources.In this study,immobilized chlorella was used to adsorb copper ions in wastewater.Chlorella,sodium alginate and calcium chloride were prepared into immobilized chlorella particles in a certain proportion.The influence of factors such as the amount of immobilized chlorella,reaction temperature,initial concentration of reactive copper ions and pH on the adsorption of copper ions by immobilized chlorella was explored.To determine the best effect of immobilized chlorella on heavy metal copper in wastewater.The results showed that when pH was 6.5,temperature was 35℃,dosage was 10 g/150 mL,reaction time was 1.5 h,and the concentration of copper ion was 400 mg/L,the adsorption rate of Cu2+could reach 93%.The results provide a scientific basis for the application of immobilized chlorella in the treatment of wastewater containing copper ions.
