液态金属柔性导线跨尺度制备技术和应用研究进展

Preparation and Development of Cross-Scale Filled Liquid Metal Circuit Technology

填充式液态金属电路是解决传统液态金属电路高电阻、低导热和可靠性不足问题的关键,其中填充式液态金属电路的关键在于基体中微流道的构建和液态金属复合物的组分控制.本文总结了液态金属的物化性质、填充式液态金属电路的制备方式以及可穿戴设备、人机交互和软体机器人领域的应用,重点介绍了微流管注入法、基体中微流管构建技术、可穿戴设备的应用,探讨液态金属柔性导线的制备方式,揭示其在应用中存在的局限性,并提出相应的优化方向,为柔性电子器件向高功率、高可靠性及集成度方向发展提供技术参考.
Filled liquid metal circuits are the key to solve the problems of high resistance,low thermal conductivity and insufficient reliability of traditional liquid metal circuits,and the key to filled liquid metal circuits lies in the construction of microfluidic channels in the matrix and the component control of liquid metal composites.This paper summarizes the physicochemical properties of liquid metal,the preparation method of filled liquid metal circuits,and the applications in the fields of wearable devices,human-computer interaction,and soft robotics,focusing on the microfluidic tube injection method,microfluidic tube construction technology in the matrix,and the application of wearable devices.The preparation method of liquid metal flexible wires is discussed and its limitations in application are revealed.The corresponding optimization directions are proposed,so as to provide technical reference for the development of flexible electronic devices in the direction of high power,high reliability and integration.
