Exploration of Valuation Methods for Conservation Easements—From the Perspective of Easement Reform in Qianjiangyuan National Park
As a right with both public and private attributes,the current compensation for the protection of servitude overly emphasizes the regulation of public law,weakens the protection of private rights,and fails to fully utilize the advantages of the protection of servitude.The article combines the case of Qianjiangyuan's reform of protected servitude rights to conduct a value assessment of protected servitude rights,advocating for a government led valuation system,with the aim of providing technical support for the value assessment and institutional improvement of protected servitude rights,and assisting in the implementation and promotion of the functions of protected servitude rights.
