Teachers are the most active subjects in the transformation of teaching based on smart classroom,and their digital teaching ability is the key to ensure the quality of teaching in smart classroom.The digital teaching competency of teachers based on smart classroom is different from the ability of teachers in traditional classrooms which relies on information technology to assist in teaching implementation.It is a kind of teaching competency based on digital technology to create a digital learning environment that helps drive students'learning and lead them to realize real learning,in-learning and deep learning process in the digital learning environment.However,in the practice of digital teaching based on smart classroom,there are inefficiencies in teaching in smart classroom caused by the alienation and paranoia of teachers'understanding of digital teaching,the misuse and abuse of teachers'digital technology,and the overstepping and lack of teachers'identity to varying degrees.Therefore,clarifying the connotation and value of digital teaching based on smart classroom from teachers'level,correcting the concept of technology use,carrying out human-computer collaborative teaching,clarifying the boundary value of classroom participation,and reshaping teachers'role awareness are not only effective ways to promote teachers'digital teaching ability development,but also the key to enhance the effectiveness of smart classroom teaching.
