中小学生数字化学习与创新评价指标体系构建

在提升全民全社会数字素养与技能的背景下,信息科技(技术)课程中的数字化学习与创新素养成为重要研究课题.针对该领域中评价研究相对缺失的问题,研究从质性分析视角拟定数字化学习与创新评价指标后,开展两轮专家咨询修订指标,又借助层次分析法计算指标权重,最终构建形成包括数字化创新实践、数字化学习认识、数字化信息处理、数字化学习管理、数字化技术操作 5 个一级指标和 16 个二级指标的评价指标体系,以期为中小学生数字化学习与创新的发展和评价提供理论支撑和实践参考.
In the context of improving the digital literacy and skills of the whole society,digital learning and innovation literacy in information technology courses have become important research topics.In view of the relative lack of evaluation studies in this field,the study formulates digital learning and innovation evaluation indicators from the perspective of qualitative analysis,and then carries out two rounds of expert consultation to revise the indicators.After calculating the indicator weights with the help of hierarchical analysis,it finally constructs an evaluation indicator system consisting of five primary indicators and 16 secondary indicators,including digital innovation practice,digital learning awareness,digital information processing,digital learning management,and digital technology operation,which is designed to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the development and evaluation of digital learning and innovation of primary and secondary school students.
