Evaluation of Teachers'Digital Teaching Activities in Digital Transformation of Higher Education Institutions
Teachers'digital teaching ability is one of the key influencing factors for colleges and universities to achieve digital transformation.At present,there is a lack of scientific evaluation and effective management of teachers'digital teaching activities in these institutions,which makes it difficult to provide accurate services for improving teachers'digital teaching abilities.This paper describes the influencing factors of teachers'digital teaching activities in college and universities,and evaluates teachers'digital teaching activities at low,medium and high levels through questionnaires in course teaching.The results of the study show that college teachers use digital technology to design different levels of digital teaching activities:activities like lecturing,group discussion and online teaching are positively related to the level of teachers'carrying out digital teaching activities;factors such as digital literacy,digital teaching competence,digital policy and management system,infrastructure,and technological support are significantly related to the level of teachers'carrying out digital teaching activities.Carrying out high-level context-rich learning activities in digital learning environments is helpful to improve the digital teaching ability of college teachers and promote the digital transformation and high-quality development of college teaching.
