A Practical Approach to Regional Educational Service Models in the Context of Digital Instructional Transformation
The new era, characterized by the rapid development of multiple media technologies such as the Internet, short video,5G technology, big data,meta-universe,etc.,accelerates the transmission of information, and narrows or bridges the spatial distance among people. While the audiences develop new habits and needs under the convergence of multiple media forms, they also help reconstruct the educational and teaching activities during the process. The new goal of"building equitable and high-quality education"requires local education authorities not only to implement the overall deployment of the national education informatization construction, but also to promote the supply of education informatization services in accordance with the changing needs of education development in each region. On the one hand, they should be demand and problem-oriented,construct theoretical models from the macro, medium and micro perspectives, open up demand channels, enrich the demand structure, improve the capacity of top-level design of education and optimize the structure of funding inputs,so as to moderately expand the total demand for education services in the region; On the other hand,supply-side education informatization solutions suitable for the region should be implemented to standardize the procurement and supply process, strengthen education data governance and innovate the system mechanism to promote the supply-side structural reform at the government and education sector level, and then guide enterprises and other social forces to find their own supply-side positioning, promote the integration of education informatization and regional education services, and push forward the development of regional education service model.
