人工智能视域下教师设计思维智能测评:理论框架与实践建议

提升教师设计思维是推动教师适应教育数字化转型并不断创新教育教学的关键路径.测评是发展教师设计思维的重要环节,高速发展的人工智能为设计思维测评提供了新的路径与方法.本文在系统梳理设计思维内涵的基础上,提出教师设计思维是一个融合设计思维知识、能力和品质的复杂素养体系,并结合智能测评流程与智能测评技术构建教师设计思维智能测评框架.最后提出教师设计思维智能测评建议:融入循证理念,推动教师设计思维测评科学化;融合伴随式评价,推动教师设计思维测评精准化;融汇智能评价工具,推动设计思维测评常态化.
Intelligent Assessment of Teachers'Design Thinking in the Perspective of Artificial Intelligence:Theoretical Framework and Practical Suggestions
Enhancing teachers'design thinking is a key path to promote teachers to adapt to the digital transformation of education and continuously innovate education and teaching.Assessment is an important part of the development of teachers'design thinking,and the rapid development of artificial intelligence provides a new path and method for design thinking assessment.This paper proposes that teacher design thinking is a complex literacy system that integrates the knowledge,ability and quality of design thinking on the basis of systematically combing the connotation of design thinking,and constructs a framework for intelligent assessment of teacher design thinking by combining the intelligent assessment process and intelligent assessment technology.Finally,it puts forward the suggestions for teachers'design thinking intelligent assessment:integrating evidence-based concepts to promote the scientificization of teachers'design thinking assessment;integrating concomitant evaluation to promote the precision of teachers'design thinking assessment;and integrating intelligent assessment tools to promote the normalization of design thinking assessment.
