Teachers are the first resource to build a high-quality education system.As a new technology empowered by science and technology,digital portrait technology helps the personalized development of teachers.This article puts forward the idea of digital portrait of teachers to serve high-quality development.Firstly,a labeling model of teacher portrait is designed in the context of high-quality development of teachers.Secondly,a three-level and five-step teacher portrait construction system is proposed to provide guidelines for creating teacher portraits.Finally,the article discusses the application scenarios of teacher portraits for guiding training needs,customizing course content,recommending learning paths,providing accurate evaluation,and optimizing the teacher team.
