Construction of a data-supported Integrated Teaching and Research Model for Learning,Teaching and Evaluation
As an educational research form with unique Chinese characteristics,teaching and research provides important professional support in promoting curriculum reform,discipline development,and teachers'professional growth.However,traditional teaching and research activities mostly rely on the professional experience of teachers and researchers,with insufficient empirical data support.In this study,a data-supported teaching and research model is constructed from the perspective of using data,focusing on the identifying,diagnosing and solving students'problems throughout the whole process.The model uses student assessment data as the basis for the discovery of teaching and research problems,classroom observation data as the basis for the reflection of diagnosing teaching problems,and group perception data as the basis for the evaluation of teaching and research,which promotes the generation of problem solutions.From the three dimensions of learning,teaching and evaluation,it realizes the precise discovery of teaching and research content,the precise determination of participating groups,the effective convergence of teachers'group wisdom,and the objective and true evaluation of teaching and research process,aiming to transform the teaching and research activities from traditional experience-orientated to a precise and accurate one,and provides ideas for the implementation of precise teaching and research in education and teaching.
