摘要
研究折/衍混合式手机镜头光学系统设计,将衍射元件用于手机镜头可简化结构、减轻重量、提高性价比和成像质量.优化设计的镜头由三片光学塑料非球面透镜和一片红外滤光片组成,第一片透镜的后表面为二元衍射面.镜头的F数为2.85,总长为5.512 mm,全视场角为60°,其成像质量好,在奈奎斯特频率处(285 lp/mm)调制传递函数(MTF)值在0.7和0.5视场内分别高于0.3和0.5,相对畸变小于1%.
Abstract
Optical design of a mobile phone cameras lens with hybrid refractive-diffractive structure is investigated in this paper. Diffraction surface within such lens is of great use for its structure simplification , its weight reduction, and its performance-to-cost ratio and imaging quality improvement. The optimized lens composes of three pieces of aspheric plastic lenses and a piece of infrared filter. And the back surface of the first piece is binary diffraction surface. Its F-number, optical total length, and full Field of View (FOV) is 2. 85 , 5. 512 mm, and 60 degrees, respectively. It has excellent imaging quality and its Modulation Transfer Function (MTF) values at the Nyquist spatial frequency 285 lp/mm of focal plane array within its 0. 7 and 0. 5 FOV are respectively higher than 0. 3 and 0.5. Its relative distortion is less than one percent.
