摘要
通过硬件和软件两方面对DXR激光显微拉曼光谱仪与HR800共聚焦显微拉曼光谱仪进行了比较.硬件上DXR多采用模块化、自动化和智能化设计,而HR800采用整体化和手动化设计,但分辨率和灵敏度较高.软件上DXR除了自动控制硬件和处理数据外,还具有庞大的谱图数据库,而HR800则少了一些自动控制功能,自带数据库谱图较少.因此,DXR适用于分析实验室,而HR800更适合于科研型机构.
Abstract
The hardware and the software of DXR and HR800 micro confocal Raman spectrometers were compared. The hardware design of DXR was modular, automatic and intelligent. HR800 had integrated and manual design, but higher sensitivity and resolution. Software of DXR not only automatically controlled hardware and processed data, but also had huge database. Software of HR800 had less automatic control function and less spectrum in database came with the machine. Therefore DXR was suitable for analytical laboratory, while HR800 for research institution.
