摘要

为了给水葫芦的控制生长和综合治理提供理论依据,研究了不同氮、磷营养条件下,水葫芦分蘖过程中叶腋内吲哚乙酸(IAA)及细胞分裂素类物质玉米素核苷(ZR)和玉米素(Z)的变化及与其分蘖的关系,探讨其分蘖的激素机制.结果表明:不同的试验组合(磷递增组合和氮递增组合)在水葫芦分蘖发生过程中,内源激素表现出相同的变化趋势,分蘖出现后,IAA含量减低,ZR+Z含量增加;各处理IAA/( ZR+Z)比值与水葫芦单株分蘖数目均成反比,一定范围内氮或磷营养液浓度越高,IAA/(ZR +Z)比值越低,单株分蘖数越高.SPSS分析显示,磷递增组合IAA/(ZR+Z)比值与单株分蘖数成高的负相关,在0.001水平上相关显著(p=0.000<0.001,r2=0.939);氮递增组合IAA/( ZR+Z)比值与单株分蘖数也成高的负相关,在0.01水平上相关显著(p=0.006 <0.01,r2 =0.755).实验结果表明,营养液中磷浓度的变化对IAA/( ZR+ Z)比值与单株分蘖数之间的负相关关系影响更大.

Abstract

Research on dynamic change of IAA and ZR + Z in leaf axils of Water Hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes (Mart. ) Solms) and their correlation with tillering at different nitrogen and phosphorus levels was carried out in this paper. The purpose is to explore the mechanism of tillering about hormones , to control the growth of water hyacinth and provide a theoretical basis for its comprehensive management. The results showed they had the same trend of endogenous hormones under the different levers of nitrogen and phosphorus during the tillering of water hyacinth. When tillering happened, IAA contents decreased and ZR + Z contents increased; the IAA/ (ZR + Z) ratio was inversely related to tiller number. The higher was nutrient concentration in certain concentration range, the lower was IAA/ ( ZR + Z) and the higher was tiller number; there was a high negative correlation between IAA/( ZR + Z) ratio and tiller number in the 0. 001 significant level (p = 0. 000 < 0. 001, r2 = 0. 939) by analyze of SPSS software when concentration of phosphorus increasing in the nutrient solution . And this correlation also existed at the 0. 01 significant level (p = 0. 006 <0.01,r2 =0.755) while nitrogen increasing. The results showed that the concentration change of phosphorus in the nutrient solution played more important role in this correlation.
