摘要

在工业生产中,经常使用在较高温度下工作的有限长杆元件,为了保证安全优质生产,必须考虑该杆元件在热场中的热力学状态.获得杆的散热规律、确定杆的增加量与温度的关系是亟待解决的重要问题.通过讨论有限长杆两端加不同温度时其侧表面与外界交换热量,得到杆的散热规律,确定了杆的一端自由时杆的增加量与温度的关系.当杆的两端都固定时,用解析法确定了它因传递热量产生的正压力、应变和压强的弹性、温度性和热弹性成分沿着杆长度的分布规律.本文的研究对制定产品生产方案和优化轧制生产工艺具有重要意义.

Abstract

In industrial production, finite pole is frequently used. In order to ensure the safety and high quality production, it is very necessary to consider the thermodynamic state of pole and obtain the cooling law. In this paper, by means of a complete analytical calculation, we obtain the cooling law of finite pole. We present the relationship between temperature and elongation of the pole. The elongation and hot properties of the finite pole, such as the pressure, strain and elasticity are studied as a function of temperature. The distribution law of heat in finite pole is determined. The results can provide qualitative guidance in the production process design for specific applications.
