镧系掺杂NaYF4纳米颗粒的合成及其上转换发光性能

摘要
采用简易的水热法,成功制备了Yb3 +/Er3 +/Gd3+共掺的NaYF4纳米颗粒.通过调节Gd3+的掺杂浓度,在较低反应温度和较短反应时间下,实现了纳米颗粒从立方相向六方相的转变,研究了Gd3浓度对纳米颗粒的结构和发光性能的影响.
Abstract
Yb3 + /Er3 + co-doped NaYF4 nanoparticles have been obtained by a facile hydrothermal method at 200℃ for 2 hours. Nanoparticles transformed from cubic phase to hexagonal phase just by doping Gd3 +. The effects of the different Gd3 + concentration on the structure and emission properties of the samples have been investigated.
