摘要
L系统是描述动植物细胞动态交互作用的经典数学模型.首先简单介绍了Houdini搭载的L系统,可以参数化模拟植物的生长过程.然后详细介绍了如何应用L系统逐步模拟竹子的生长,用计算机再现了植物自然生长的形态和过程,给出了相关的规则代码.
Abstract
L-system is a type of classical mathematic models to depict the interaction between propa-gation cells. This article introduces the L-system in Houdini software, based on which it particularly demonstrates how to simulate the bamboo growth. Given the encoding rules, it represents the figure and process of plants growing in the natural world.
