西藏地区小学教师职业认同状况调查研究

摘要
采用《教师职业认同研究》量表对西藏地区205名小学教师进行职业认同调查,了解其职业认同状况。调查结果显示:(1)西藏地区小学教师整体的职业认同水平较高;(2)西藏地区小学教师和内地中小学教师在职业价值观、角色价值观、职业归属感和职业行为倾向上存在显著差异;(3)性别、教龄、月收入状况不同致使西藏地区小学教师职业认同有显著差异。
Abstract
The study used the Teacher Professional Identity Scale to investigate 205 Tibetan primary school teachers in Tibet to reveal their professional identity status. Results indicate that: (1) there is a high level of Tibetan primary school teachers’ professional identity; (2) there is a significant difference between Tibetan primary school teachers and inland school teachers in terms of occupational values, role values, professional sense of belonging and professional behavior;(3) there is a signiifcant difference in Tibetan primary school teachers’ professional values in terms of gender, seniority and income.
