The Version and Category of Jiangnan's"Longevity Treasure Scroll"
"Longevity Treasure Scroll"is a kind of narrative text frequently used by the people of Jiangnan in the prayer ceremony for blessings and exorcism.It has a long history and a great number of it exist in the folk.Based on 100 related volumes,this paper roughly reveals the intricate version relationships and the wide variety of types of scrolls,among which the latter includes seven major species:male longevity,female longevity,family longevity,vow longevity,borrowed longevity,peach blossom longevity and Zhangjia longevity,and two sub-scrolls are divided under female longevity.The above division not only identifies the division of narrative forms within the volume,but also roughly corresponds to the different contexts in which it is used in reality.There are also some volumes that are closely related to the"longevity treasure scroll",but not of a completely similar kind,are also noteworthy.
