摘要
校企合作就是由学校和社会知名度较高的企业合作培养学生的教育模式(Coopera-tlve Education)演化发展来的。文章结合德国、澳大利亚和重庆电力高等专科学校等国内外校企合作的典型模式，分析校企合作的特征、现状并提出建设意见。
Abstract
