摘要
目的:了解新的《军人食物定量标准》颁布后驻港澳部队换进干部集训期的膳食营养状况,为今后指导该部队合理膳食提供参考依据.方法:选取2010年入选的237名驻港澳部队换进干部,进行连续3d称重法膳食调查和连续3d生活观察法进行能量消耗测定,以及进行相关的生化检测和体测量.结果:(1)调查对象每人每日的能量消耗为(13.4±2.8) MJ,约(3221.1± 658.7) Kcal,属于中等劳动强度,每人每日的能量摄入为5192 Kcal,超过其能量供给量.(2)膳食结构中粮食每人日摄入711.8 g,占新军标的101.7％;其中,畜肉、牛奶、大豆、蔗糖、水果、干菜类均未达到新军人食物定量标准;营养素的供给量基本都达到军标要求.(3)BMI≥ 24 Kg/m2的占到集训总人数的33.8％,64名进行生化检测的受试者的血清胆固醇高于正常值者占到4.7％,甘油三酯高于正常值者占到3.1％.结论:调查对象的营养供给能满足基本需要,但膳食结构尚需完善,建议加强营养宣教,改善其营养质量.
Abstract
Objective: To investigate nutrition status on rotation cadres of the PLA garrison in Hong Kong and Macao after execution of the new standard(Dietary ration for soldier)and provide a reference for the rational diet in the future. Methods: A total of 237 rotation cadres in 2010 were selected for the investigation. Food supply was surveyed by weighing method, energy-consumption was assayed by life observation method and related biochemical indices and physical development were measured. Results: (l)The daily energy expenditure of the cadres was (13.4± 2.8)MJ,about (3221.1± 658.7) Kcal, belonged to medium labor intensity. The daily energy intake (5192 Kcal) was more than the need. (2)Cereals intake each day was 711.8 g, accounted for 101.7% in the new standard.The survey showed that the intake of meat, milk, legumes, sugars,fruits,dried vegetables were less than the military standard.The supply of the nutrients meeted the standards on the whole.(3)A total of 33.8% cadres examined were over weight and obese (BMIS 24 Kg/m2). 4.7% and 3.1% of 64 cadres had hypercholesterolemia and hypertriglyceridemia respectively. Conclusion: The nutritional status of the food and nutrient supply was good but the dietary structure is not yet rational. It is suggested to strengthen nutrition education and improve the nutrition quality.
