Effects of Yueju Baohe Pills Combined with Acupoint Thread Embedding on Gastric Motility Index,Serum Gastrointestinal Hormones and Pepsinogen in Patients with Functional Dyspepsia of Liver-Stomach Disharmony Type
Objective:To investigate the effects of yueju baohe pills combined with acupoint thread embedding on gastric motility index,serum gastrointestinal hormones and pepsinogen in patients with functional dyspepsia(FD)of liver-stomach disharmony type.Methods:123 FD patients who were admitted to Beijing Gulou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected by random number table method,patients were divided into control group(61 cases)and study group(62 case).Control group was received routine treatment with acupoint thread embedding,and study group was treated with yueju baohe pill on the basis of control group.The efficacy,chinese medicine syndrome scores,gastric motility index,gastrointestinal hormones index and pepsinogen index were compared between two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate in study group was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).The total scores of main symptoms,secondary symptoms and chinese medicine syndrome scores in study group were lower than those in control group after treatment(P＜0.05).Motilin(MLT)in study group was higher than that in control group,and somatostatin(SS)and gastrin(GAS)were lower than those in control group after treatment(P＜0.05).The postprandial gastric antrum contraction frequency(F),contraction amplitude(P)and exercise index(MI)in study group were higher than those in control group after treatment(P＜0.05).Pepsinogen Ⅰ(PG Ⅰ)and pepsinogen Ⅱ(PG Ⅱ)in study group were higher than those in control group after treatment(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion:Yueju baohe pills combined with acupoint thread embedding can effectively improve the serum gastrointestinal hormones and pepsinogen levels and promote gastric motility,further improve gastrointestinal function.
