乳癖散结颗粒联合达那唑治疗乳腺增生老年妇女内分泌激素及体重指数的疗效分析

摘要
目的:本研究旨在探讨乳癖散结颗粒联合达那唑治疗乳腺增生老年妇女内分泌激素及体重指数的疗效分析.方法:以2020年4月-2023年4月在我院诊治的102例老年妇女乳腺增生患者,分为对照组(给予达那唑治疗)和研究组(给予乳癖散结颗粒联合达那唑治疗)各51例,对比两组治疗后临床疗效及不良反应,分析内分泌激素、体重指数、免疫功能、疼痛程度及生活质量.结果:(1)治疗后,研究组临床疗效高于对照组(P＜0.05);(2)治疗前,两组T、P、E2、PRL水平比较,差异不显著(P＞0.05);治疗后,研究组T、P、E2、PRL水平优于对照组(P＜0.05);(3)治疗后,研究组CD4+、IgG、IgA水平优于对照组(P＜0.05);(4)治疗后,研究组精神状况、日常生活、食欲、睡眠评分较对照组高(P＜0.05);(5)治疗后,研究组不良反应低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:乳癖散结颗粒联合达那唑能够有效治疗老年妇女乳腺增生患者,可调节内分泌激素水平,不会影响体重指数,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective:This study was to investigate the efficacy of Ruxanjie Granule combined with Danazole in the treatment of endocrine hormones and body mass index in elderly women with mammary hyperplasia.Methods:A total of 102 elderly women with mammary hyperplasia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2023 were selected,and were divided into the con-trol group(treated with danazole)and the study group(treated with Ruxanjie granule combined with danazole)with 51 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Endocrine hormones,body mass index,immune function,pain degree and quality of life were measured before and after treatment.Results:(1)After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05);(2)After treatment,the levels of T,P,E2 and PRL in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).(3)After treatment,the levels of CD4+,IgG and IgA in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).(4)After treatment,the pain degree of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05);(5)After treatment,the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control groupt(P＜0.05);(6)After treatment,the adverse reactions in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Ruxanjie Gran-ule combined with Danazole can effectively treat the elderly women with mammary hyperplasia,regulate the level of endocrine hor-mones,and do not affect the body mass index,which is worthy of clinical application.
