Effects of Xiaoer Qingqiao Granules Combined with Eefoxitin Sodium for Injection on Cellular Immune Function and Inflammatory Factor in Children with Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection
Objective:To observe the effects of xiaoer qingqiao granules combined with cefoxitin sodium for injection on cellular immune function and inflammatory factor in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods:110 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection who were admitted to the Hefei Second People's Hospital from October 2019 to January 2023 were selected,and children were divided into control group(n=55)and study group(n=55)according to the random number table method,control group was treated with cefoxitin sodium for injection,and study group was treated with xiaoer qingqiao granules combined with cefoxitin sodi-um for injection.The efficacy,clinical symptom recovery,cellular immune function index and inflammatory factor level in two groups were compared,and the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups was observed.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 96.36％,which was higher than 80.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with control group,the disappearance time of sore throat,disappearance time of cough,disappearance time of fever and disappearance time of nasal congestion in study group were further shortened(P＜0.05).2 weeks after treatment,compared with control group,CD8+was lower,CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+were higher in study group(P＜0.05).2 weeks after treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in study group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse re-actions between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoer qingqiao granules combined with cefoxitin sodium for injection in treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection could effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve cellular immune function and inflammatory factor level.
