Based on TLR4NF-κB Signaling Pathway to Analyze the Efficacy and Mechanism of Fuke Qianjin Capsules Combined with Cefdinir in Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease
Objective:To analyze the efficacy and mechanism of fuke qianjin capsules combine with cefdinir in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease based on Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)/nuclear transcription factor-KB(NF-κB)signaling pathway.Methods:According to the random number table method,patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(n=148)who were admitted to Northwest Women and Children's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were divided into control group(cefdinir treatment,74 cases)and study group(cefdinir combine with fuke qianjin capsules,74 cases).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,levels of inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-8(IL-8)],hemorheological indexes and TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway related indexes were compared between two groups.Results:The abdominal bulge,pain relief time and lumbosacral pain relief time in study group were shorter than those in control group(P＜0.05).CRP,TNF-α and IL-8 in two groups de-creased after treatment,and study group was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).Erythrocyte aggregation index,whole blood high shear/low shear viscosity and fibrinogen decreased in two groups after treatment,and study group was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).TLR4,myeloid differentiation factor 88(MyD88)and NF-κB decreased in two groups after treatment,and study group wase lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated with Fuke qianjin capsules combined with cefdinir,which can can improve clinical symptoms,regulate the levels of inflammatory factors and hemorheology,and may be relate to the regulation of TLR4 NF-κB signaling pathway.
