Comparison of Differences in Serum DJ-1/Nrf2 Pathway-related Oxidative Stress Indicators in Parkinson's Patients Treated with Rhodiola Injection and Dibenzoylmethane Injection
Objective:To explore the differences in serum DJ-1/Nrf2 pathway-related oxidative stress indicators in Parkinson's pa-tients treated with Rhodiola injection and Dibenzoylmethane injection. Methods:This study was a prospective study.A total of 120 Parkinson's patients who were hospitalized for treatment at the First Hospital Affiliated to North China University from August 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of random grouping, these patients were randomly di-vided into a study group and a control group, and all patients received treatment with Dibenzoylmethane injection. The study group also received treatment with Rhodiola injection for two weeks. The differences in treatment effect, oxidative stress response indicators,in-flammatory indicators, and DJ-1/Nrf2 pathway indicators were compared between the two groups of patients. Results:Compared with the control group(91.67%),the total effective rate of treatment in the study group(78.33%)was significantly increased(x2=4.181,P=0.000);after treatment,SOD and MDA levels were significantly improved in both groups of patients, and SOD levels were significantly higher while MDA levels were significantly lower in the study group than those in the control group;IL-1β(t=16.132,P=0.000),TNF-α(t=3.750,P=0.000)and IL-6(t=2.515,P=0.013)levels were significantly lower in the study group than those in the control group;both groups of patients showed significant increases in DJ-1 and Nrf2 levels, and DJ-1 and Nrf2 levels were significantly higher in the study group than those in the control group. Conclusion:Treatment of Parkinson's patients with Rhodiola injection and Dibenzoylmethane injection significantly improved serum DJ-1/Nrf2 pathway-related oxidative stress indicators, and the treatment effect was significant.
