Analysis of the Status of after Operation Fear of Cancer Recurrence and the Influencing Factors in Patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Portal Vein Tumor Thrombus
Objective:To investigate the status of after operation fear of cancer recurrence(FCR)and the influencing factors in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and portal vein tumor thrombus(PVTT).Methods:105 HCC patients with PVTT who underwent surgical resection in Hunan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected, the clinical data of patients were collected by using a general data questionnaire, and FCR in HCC patients with PVTT were evaluated by Chinese version of the fear of cancer recurrence scale(FCRI-CV).The influencing factors of FCR in HCC patients with PVTT were analyzed by univariate and multivariate linear regression models. Results:The average FCRI-CV score of 105 HCC patients with PVTT was(91.54± 11.74).Univariate analysis showed that age, distance from diagnosis time,Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group(ECOG)functional status score, education level, marital status, working status, family annual income, medical payment method and primary caregiver were the influencing factors of FCR in HCC patients with PVTT(P<0.05).Multivariate linear regression model analysis showed that, age≥ 75 years old, distance from diagnosis time>12 months, education level was college degree or above, working status was on-the-job and off-the-job,family annual income>100,000 yuan,self-paid medical treatment were independent influencing factors of FCR in HCC patients with PVTT(P<0.05).Conclusion:FCR in HCC patients with PVTT was in upper middle level, which was relate to age, distance from diagnosis time, education level, working status, family annual income and medical payment method.
