Clinical Efficacy of Invigorating Kidney and Regulating Zhou Method Combined with Vitamin E in the Treatment of Functional Dysmenorrhea and Its Influence on Uterine Hemodynamics and Inflammatory Factors
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of tonifying kidney and tiao Zhou method combined with vitamin E in the treatment of functional dysmenorrhea and its influence on uterine hemodynamics and inflammatory factors.Methods:106 patients with functional dysmenorrhea admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vitamin E,and the observation group was treated with tonifying kidney and tiaozhou combined with vitamin E.Systolic blood flow velocity(Vs),diastolic blood flow velocity(Vd),mean blood velocity(Vm),resistance index(RI)and serum levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),prostaglanin(PG)F2α and PGE2 were measured before and after 3 menstrual cycles.The dysmenorrhea VAS score and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups at different time points.Results:After treatment,Vs,Vd and Vm in observation group were higher than control group,RI was lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum hs-CRP and IL-6 levels in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of serum PGF2α in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the level of PGE2 was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group at the end of treatment and the third menstrual cycle after treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.34%,higher than that of the control group(71.70%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of functional dysmenorrhea by invigorating kidney and regulating Zhou combined with vitamin E has significant clinical effect,which can improve uterine hemodynamics and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and is worthy of further study and application.
