Effect of Allylestradiol Tablets Combined with Ritodrine in the Treatment of Threatened Abortion and its Influence on Endocrine Indexes,Symptoms and Signs
Objective:To investigate the effects of allylestradiol tablets combined with ritodrine in the treatment of threatened abortion and its effects on endocrine indexes, symptoms and signs.Methods:92 patients with threatened abortion ranging from May 2023 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects. All patients are randomly divided into two groups(control group and observation group),the control group LiTuoJun treatment, observation group on the control of the group with acrylic oestradiol tablets, compare the treatment effect, compare the two groups of vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, contractions disappear time, compare the two groups of serum hormone levels, uterine blood flow state, compare the two groups of adverse reactions during the treatment of the success rate. Results:The effective rate in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The disappearance time of abdominal pain, vaginal bleedingand uterine contraction in observation group was signifiicantly lower(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of human chorionic gonadotropin and progesterone were increased, and the levels of serum fibrinogen, uterine artery pulsation index and blood flow resistance index were significantly decreased in both groups, and the change range of observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).During treatment, there was no statistical significance in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The success rate of the observation group was higher, while there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Allylestradiol tablets combined with ritodrine can obviously shorten the improvement time of clinical signs of threatened abortion, improve the level of endocrine indicators and uterine blood flow, improve the therapeutic effect and the success rate of fetal protection, and the application is safe, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
