Effects of Remifentanil Target-Controlled Infusion on Anesthesia Awakening Quality,Stress Response and Th1/Th2 Immune Balance in Patients Undergoing Radical Resection of Cervical Cancer
Objective:To observe the effects of remifentanil target-controlled infusion on anesthesia awakening quality, stress re-sponse and T helper cell(Th)1/Th2 immune balance in patients undergoing radical resection of cervical cancer.Methods:120 patients undergoing radical resection of cervical cancer in our hospital from January 2023 to June 2023 were divided into sufentanil group(n=60,sufentanil anesthesia)and remifentanil group(n=60,remifentanil anesthesia)according to the random number table method. The anesthe-sia awakening quality, stress response indicators[cortisol(Cor),norepinephrine(NE),angiotensin 1(Ang-1),angiotensin 2(Ang-2)],Th1/Th2 immune balance indicators[including Th1,Th2 and regulatory T cells(Treg),Th1/Th2 ratio]were compared between two groups, the incidence of adverse reactions was recorded after operation. Results:Compared with sufentanil group, the stress breathing recovery time, eye opening time and extubation time of the remifentanil group were shorter(P<0.05).1 d after operation,Cor,NE,Ang-1 and Ang-2 in two groups increased, but remifentanil group were lower than those of sufentanil group(P<0.05).1d after operation,Th1,Treg and Th1/Th2 increased in two groups, but remifentanil group were lower than those of sufentanil group;Th2 decreased, but remifentanil group was higher than that of sufentanil group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Remifentanil target-controlled infusion for patients undergoing radical resection of cervical cancer, which can improve anesthesia awakening quality, reduce stress response, regulate Th1/Th2 immune balance, and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions, the effect is better.
