Effect of Xingpi Yanger Granules Combined with Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets on the Intestinal Microecology and Inflammatory Immune Response in Children with Rotavirus Enteritis
Objective:To investigate the effect of Xingpi Yanger Granules combine with Saccharomyces boulardii sachets on the intestinal microecology and inflammatory immune response in children with rotavirus enteritis.Methods:118 children with rotavirus en-teritis admitted to Jinan Second Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected,the children were ran-domly divided into control group(n=59)and observation group(n=59)by random number table method.The control group received treatment with Saccharomyces boulardii sachets,while the observation group received additional treatment with Xingpi Yanger granules on the basis of the control group.Evaluated the clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,intestinal microecology indicators,inflam-matory factors,immune function,and adverse reactions of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.53％,which was higher than the control group's 76.27％(P＜0.05).The observation group had shorter diarrhea relief time,fever relief time,hospitalization time and bowel movement recovery time compared to the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the observation group had higher levels of Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,and Escherichia coli than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the lev-els of C-reactive protein(CRP),Interleukin-1 β(IL-1 β),tumor necrosis factorα(TNFα),Interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+/CD8+,CD4+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while CD8+levels were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence rates of adverse re-actions in both groups were no significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Xingpi Yanger Granules and Saccha-romyces boulardii sachets has a good therapeutic effect on children with rotavirus enteritis,it can improve clinical symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,regulate the level of intestinal microecology,enhance the immune function of children,and has good safety.
