A Study on the Curative Effect of Chongjian Zhongqi Anti-Cancer Formula Combined with Tegiol on the Growth of Gastric Cancer Transplantation Tumor
Objective:Study on the inhibitory effect of Chongjian Zhongqi Anti-Cancer Formula combined with Tegiol on the growth of transplanted human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells.Methods:Establish a subcutaneous transplant tumor model in nude mice and divide them into a model control group,a Tegio group,a combination group 1,and a combination group,And administer medication,Compare the body weight,tumor volume,tumor weight,and tumor inhibition rate of nude mice in each group,Western blot was used to detect the expression levels of APC,ErbB1,MUC2,and SIRT1 proteins.Results:Compared with the model group,the body weight of nude mice in the treatment group showed different degrees of decrease(P＜0.05),the tumor volume was significantly reduced(P＜0.05),the tumor weight was significantly reduced(P＜0.05),the expression of APC was gradually increased(P＜0.05),the expression of ErbB1 and SIRT1 was gradually reduced(P＜0.05),and no significant difference was seen in MUC2(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Chongjian Zhongqi Anti-Cancer Formula and Tegio has an inhibitory effect on the growth of gastric cancer bearing nude mice,which may be related to upregulation of APC expression and downregulation of ErbB1 and SIRT1 expression.
