Effect of Airbag Mask Combined with Tracheal Intubation Ventilation Treatment on Arterial Blood Gas Index and Prognosis in Patients with Emergency Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
Objective:To observe the effect of airbag mask combined with tracheal intubation ventilation treatment on arterial blood gas index and prognosis in patients with emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods:86 patients with emergency car-diopulmonary resuscitation admitted to The 940 Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force from April 2020 to October 2022 were selected as research objects.Patients were divided into group A(n=41,conventional tracheal intubation ventilation treatment)and group B(n=45,airbag mask combined with tracheal intubation ventilation treatment)according to the different ventilation methods. The clinical indica-tions,acute physiology and chronic health score(APACHE Ⅱ),blood gas indexes[partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PCO2),actual bi-carbonate(AB),partial pressure of oxygen(PO2),total carbon dioxide(TCO2)],resuscitation success rate,Glasgow coma score(GCS)and 6-month survival rate were compared between two groups. Results:Compared with group A,the spontaneous breathing recovery time, heartbeat recovery time, airway opening time and consciousness recovery time in group B were shorter(P<0.05).AB,TCO2 and PCO2 in group B were lower than those in group A after treatment, and PO2 was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).The APACHE Ⅱscore in group B was lower than that in group A after treatment, and the GCS was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).The success rate of resuscitation and 6-month survival rate in group B were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation were treated with airbag mask combined with tracheal intubation ventilation, the clinical indications and arterial blood gas indexes of the patients were significantly improved, and the prognosis was good.
