Effects of Henggu Bone Wound Healing Agent,Celecoxib and Acupuncture and Moxibustion on the Treatment of Cold Dampness Type Low Back Pain and Motor Function
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Henggu Gushangyu Mixture combined with celecoxib and acupuncture and moxibustion on cold dampness type low back pain and its influence on motor function.Methods:Eighty patients with cold dampness type low back pain admitted to Second Affiliated Hospital ofMudanjiang Medical University from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected,and they were divided into control group(n=30),acupuncture and moxibustion group(n=25)and combined group(n=25).The control group routinely took Celecoxib,the acupuncture and moxibustion group was treated with Celecoxib+acupuncture and moxibustion,and the combined group was treated with Celecoxib+acupuncture and moxibustion+Henggu Bone Wound Healing Agent.The clinical efficacy of the three groups of patients was compared,and the scores of cold and damp symptoms and signs before and Post-treatment,the degree of pain,and the straight leg lifting test,Osweatry dysfunction index(ODI)The Japanese Orthopedic Association Assessment(JOA)was conducted to evaluate the motor function of two groups of patients before and Post-treatment.Results:Post-treatment,the total effective rate was 96％in the combined group,72％in the acupuncture and moxibustion group and 53.33％in the control group.The combined group was higher than the acupuncture and moxibustion group and the control group(P＜0.05);Post-treatment,the symptom scores and symptom and sign scores of the three groups decreased,and the combined group was lower than the acupuncture and moxibustion group and the control group(P＜0.05);Post-treatment,the scores of pain emotion score(PRI-S),pain perception score(PRI-A),total pain score(PRI-T),real pain status(PPI)and visual analogue scale(VAS)in the three groups decreased,and the combined group was lower than the acupuncture and moxibustion group and the control group(P＜0.05);The motor function index was different in the three groups post-treatment,and the straight leg elevation angle and the increased ODI index decreased in the combined group compared with the acupuncture group and the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of celecoxib+acupuncture and moxibustion+Henggu bone wound healing agent for cold dampness type low back pain patients can reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with significant efficacy,and can improve the patients'waist and leg pain,improve the waist and leg function and motor function.
