To Observe the Effect of ABCLOVE Voice Training Method on Improving the Pronunciation Function of Patients with Early Laryngeal Cancer after Vocal Cord Surgery
Objective:To observe the effect of ABCLOVE voice training on improving the pronunciation function of patients with early laryngeal cancer after vocal cord surgery. Methods:A total of 126 patients with early laryngeal cancer after vocal cord surgery ad-mitted to our hospital from December 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 63 cases in each group. The control group was treated with drug therapy and routine voice training, and the observation group was treated with ABCLOVE voice training on the basis of the control group for 6 weeks. The electronic laryngoscopy, voice disorder assessment(VHI),aerodynamic analysis and dynamic laryngoscopy were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results:Electronic laryngoscopy showed that the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the VHI score of the observation group was sig-nifiicantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the longest pronunciation time(MPT),maximum pronuncia-tion time(MLPT)and voice disorder index(DSI)were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the fundamental frequency perturbation(Jitter),amplitude perturbation(Shimmer)and mean airflow rate(MFR)were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of vocal cord closure, vocal cord mucosal wave, vocal cord movement symmetry and vocal cord vibration regularity were signifiicantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:ABCLOVE voice training method can effectively improve the dysphonia of patients with early laryngeal cancer after vocal cord surgery, improve their pronunciation ability, and help to further improve their clinical efficacv.
