Clinical Effect of tin Powder Combined with Compound Huangbai Liquid on Postoperative Wound of Anal Fistula
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of a compound prescription of Xileisan in combination with Huangbai liq-uid on postoperative anal fistula wounds.Methods:Clinical data were collected from 70 patients who underwent anal fistula surgery from January 2019 to January 2022.Based on different postoperative treatment plans,the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 35 cases in each group.A comparison was conducted regarding the performance of the two groups in terms of wound pain scores,exudate scores,healing time,serum inflammation,and healing indicators.Results:The observation group of patients demonstrated certain advantages over the control group in terms of wound pain scores,exudate scores,healing time,serum inflammation,and healing indicators,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Xileisan and Huangbai liquid has a signifi-cant clinical efficacy in the postoperative treatment of anal fistula,helping to alleviate pain and inflammatory responses,promote wound healing after surgery,and shorten the recovery period.This finding provides valuable clinical reference for improving the postoperative treatment of anal fistula patients.
