Effect of Xiaozhong Kuiyong Formula Combined with Moist Exposed Burn Ointment on Wound Healing Effect,Anal Function,and Serum Growth Factor in Postoperative Patients with Perianal Abscess
Objective:To observe the effect of Xiaozhong Kuiyong formula combined with moist exposed bum ointment on wound healing effect,anal function,and serum growth factor in postoperative patients with perianal abscess.Methods:According to the bicolor sphere method,120 postoperative patients with perianal abscesses admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to December 2022 were divided into control group(n=60,treated with moist exposed burn ointment)and observation group(n=60,treated with Xiaozhong Kuichuan formula combined with moist exposed bum ointment).The effi-cacy,clinical indicators,anal function indicators,and serum growth factor indicators of the two groups were compared.Result:Com-pared with the control group,the clinical total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the pain disappearance time,swelling disappearance time,hospitalization time,and wound healing time of the observation group were shorter(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the anal resting pressure,anal maximum systolic pressure,and rectal maximum tolerance threshold at 3 courses after treatment of the observation group were higher(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the lev-els of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)and acidic fibroblast growth factor(aFGF)at 3 courses after treatment of the observation group were higher(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Xiaozhong Kuiyong formula combined with moist exposed burn ointment could promote wound healing,improve anal function,and promote serum growth factor secretion in postoperative patients with perianal abscess.
