Study on the Relationship between YAP,SATB1,ROR2 of Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma Tissues and Clinicopathological Features and Recurrence
Objective:To investigate the relationship between Yes-associated protein(YAP),nuclear matrix binding region binding protein 1(SATB1),receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphanin receptor 2(ROR2)of papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues and clinicopathological features and recurrence.Methods:198 patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma who underwent surgical treatment in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected,the resected cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were taken,and the expression of YAP,SATB1 and ROR2 proteins was detected by immunohistochemistry.After 2 years of follow-up,the recurrence was counted,and the patients were divided into recurrence group and non-recurrence group according to the recurrence.The differences of YAP,SATB1 and ROR2 protein expression between different clinicopathological features of papillary thyroid carcinoma were compared,the factors affecting postoperative recurrence of papillary thyroid carcinoma were analyzed by multivariate Cox regression analysis.Results:The positive expression rates of YAP,SATB1 and ROR2 in cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of YAP,SATB1 and ROR2 in cancer tissues of patients with low differentiation,TNM stage Ⅲ and lymph node metastasis were higher than those in patients with moderate to high differentiation,TNM stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ and no lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).198 patients were followed up for 2 years,1 case was lost to follow-up,21 cases recurred,and the recurrence rate was 10.66%.The positive expression rates of YAP,SATB1 and ROR2 in recurrence group were higher than those in the non-recurrence group(P<0.05).Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that low differentiation,TNM stage Ⅲ,no lymph node cleaning,YAP positive expression,SATB1 positive expression,and ROR2 positive expression were risk factors for postoperative recurrence of papillary thyroid carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion:The positive expression rates of YAP,SATB1 and ROR2 in papillary thyroid carcinoma are significantly increase,the positive expression of YAP,SATB1 and ROR2 are relate to low differentiation,lymph node metastasis,late TNM stage and postoperative recurrence.
