Predictive Value of Three-Dimensional Ultrasound Vascular Blood Flow Parameters Combined with Serum CA125 and TK1 on the Prognosis of Patients with Endometrial Cancer
Objective:To investigate the predictive value of three-dimensional ultrasound vascular blood flow parameters combined with serum carbohydrate antigen-125(CA125)and thymidine kinase 1(TK1)on the prognosis of patients with endometrial cancer.Methods:209 patients with endometrial cancer who underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy in our hospital from November 2018 to June 2021 were selected,three-dimensional ultrasound was performed before operation,to observe vascular blood flow parameters[vascularization index(VI),blood flow index(FI)and vascularization-blood flow index(VFI)],and preoperative serum CA125 and TK1 levels were detected.Patients were followed up for 2 years after operation,and the incidence of poor prognosis was counted.Patients were divided into poor prognosis group and good prognosis group according to the prognosis.The value of three-dimensional ultrasound vascular blood flow parameters combined with serum CA125 and TK1 in predicting poor prognosis of patients with endometrial cancer were analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Results:2 cases were lost during the follow-up period,and 54 cases had poor prognosis.The levels of VI,FI,VFI,serum CA125 and TK1 in poor prognosis group were higher than those in good prognosis group(P<0.05).The area under the curve of VI,FI,VFI,CA125 and TK1 in predicting the poor prognosis of patients with endometrial cancer was 0.764,0.775,0.809,0.867 and 0.807,respectively,the area under the curve of combined prediction was 0.916,which was higher than that of each index alone.Conclusion:The three-dimensional ultrasound vascular blood flow parameters VI,FI,VFI and serum CA125 and TK1 levels in patients with endometrial cancer increased,and three-dimensional ultrasound vascular blood flow parameters combined with CA125 and TK1 detection have high value in predicting the poor prognosis of patients with endometrial cancer.
