百令胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病改善患者微炎症状态、肾功能的回顾性研究

摘要
目的:回顾性分析百令胶囊对糖尿病肾病患者机体微炎症状态、肾功能的影响.方法:2021年1月～2022年9月,回顾性收集120例糖尿病肾病患者临床资料,根据治疗方法分为降糖降脂组(56例)和百令胶囊组(64例).降糖降脂组采用二甲双胍片、瑞舒伐他汀钙片进行治疗,百令胶囊组在降糖降脂组的基础上采用百令胶囊进行治疗.比较两组治疗3个月后疗效及治疗前、治疗3个月后糖脂代谢指标、微炎症状态及肾功能.结果:百令胶囊组治疗3个月后总有效率高于降糖降脂组(P＜0.05).治疗3个月后两组血清空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平及24 h尿白蛋白(24hUTP)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)与治疗前比较,降低,百令胶囊组低于降糖降脂组(P＜0.05);两组血清白介素-10(IL-10)水平与治疗前比较,升高,百令胶囊组高于降糖降脂组(P＜0.05).结论:百令胶囊可有效改善糖尿病肾病患者糖脂代谢、肾功能及微炎症状态,疗效较好.
Abstract
Objective:To retrospectively analyze the effect of Bailing capsule on microinflammation and renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:From January 2021 to September 2022,the clinical data of 120 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital were retrospectively collected and divided into the hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering group(56 cases)and the Bailing capsule group(64 cases)according to the treatment methods.The hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering group was treated with met-formin tablets and rosuvastatin calcium tablets.The bailing capsule group was treated with bailing capsules on the basis of the hypo-glycemic and lipid-lowering group.The curative effect after 3 months of treatment,glucose and lipid metabolism index,micro-inflamma-tory state and renal function before and after 3 months of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The therapeutic effect of the Bailing capsule group after 3 months was higher than that of the hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering group(P＜0.05).After 3 months of treatment,level of serum fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),serum levels of creatinine(SCr),urea nitrogen(BUN)and 24 h urinary albumin(24 h)in both groups UTP)and urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER)were lower than before treatment,and the Bailing cap-sule group was lower than the hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering group(P＜0.05).The level of serum interleukin-10(IL-10)in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and that in the Bailing capsule group was higher than that in the hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Bailing capsule coyld effectively improve glucose and lipid metabolism,renal function and microinflammation in patients with diabetic nephropathy,with good curative effect.
