Effects of Esketamine Combined with Propofol on Reduction Effect,Stress Response and Inflammatory Factors in Children Undergoing Intussusception Reduction Surgery
Objective:To observe the effects of esketamine combined with propofol on reduction effect, stress response and in-flammatory factors in children undergoing intussusception reduction surgery.Methods:97 children with intussusception reduction surgery who admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected, and they were divided into control group(n=48,treated with propofol treatment)and observation group(n=49,treated with esketamine combined with propofol)according to the random number table method. The success rate of reduction, analgesic sedation score, serum stress response index, serum inflammatory factors and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results:The success rate of reduction in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The Child Pain Behavior Scale(FLACC)score and Agitation scoring system dur-ing the awake phase of anesthesia(Watcha)score in observation group were lower than those in control group at 6 h,12 h and 24 h after operation(P<0.05).The levels of norepinephrine(NE),cortisol(Cor),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in observation group were lower than those in control group at 24 h after operation(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 10.20%in observation group and 8.33%in control group, there was no difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclu-sion:Esketamine combined with propofol for intussusception reduction in children, which can improve the reduction effect of children, reduce stress response, reduce the secretion of inflammatory factors, and have good safety.
