Effects of Yimufutu Acupuncture Therapy Combined with Abdominal Massage on Gastrointestinal Hormones and Intestinal Microflora in Patients with Functional Dyspepsia of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Type
Objective:To observe the effects of Yimufutu acupuncture therapy combined with abdominal massage on gastrointestinal hormones and intestinal microflora in patients with functional dyspepsia(FD)of liver depression and spleen deficiency type.Methods:120 FD patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency type admitted to Jiangmen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2020 to December 2022 were divided into control group(60 cases,combine with abdominal massage on the basis of western medicine treatment)and observation group(60 cases,treated with Yimufutu acupuncture therapy on the basis of control group)according to the random number table method.The curative effect,traditional chinese medicine syndrome score,gastrointestinal hormones and intestinal microflora were compared between two groups.Results:Compared with control group,the total clinical effective rate in observation group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with control group,2 courses after treatment,the main symptoms,secondary symptoms and total scores in observation group were lower(P<0.05).2 courses after treatment,somatostatin and gastrin in observation group were lower than those in control group,and motilin was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).2 courses after treatment,the levels of bifidobacterium and lactobacillus in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the levels of yeast,enterobacter and enterococcus were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yimufutu acupuncture therapy combined with abdominal massage in the treatment of FD patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency type,which can regulate gastrointestinal hormones and intestinal microbiota,and improve clinical symptoms.
