Analysis of the Application Effect of Sodium Hypochlorite Rinsing Combined with Vitapex Paste in the Treatment of Pulpitis in Deciduous Teeth Under Ultrasound
Objective:Exploring the combined application effect of sodium hypochlorite rinsing and Vitapex paste filling in the treatment of pulpitis in deciduous teeth.Methods:Predicted selection of 80-children with primary pulpitis from June 2022 to June 2023,randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.During the treatment process,the control group children were treated with conventional physiological saline solution for root canal irrigation,and conventional calcium hydroxide paste was used as root canal filler.During the treatment process,the children of the observation group were treated with sodium hypochlorite in the root canal under ultrasound,and Vitapex Paste was used as a root canal filler.Compare the short-and long-term therapeutic effects of two groups of children,the changes in inflammatory cytokine levels before and Post-treatment,the duration of pain,bacterial reduction rate and colony number before and after root canal preparation between the two groups of children and finally compare the levels of periodontal health indicators.Results:The effective overall rate of the observation group was higher in the short and long term than that of the control group(P＜0.05);Post-treatment,both children had increased IL-10 and IL-2 levels and decreased CRP and TNF-α levels,which were different when comparing the observed group with the control group(P＜0.05);The observation group showed a significantly lower pain relief time and bacterial count after root canal preparation compared to the control group and a higher bacterial reduction rate than the control group(P＜0.05);Post-treatment,PD,BI and PLI levels were decreased in the two groups,while the observation group was lower compared with the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The use of sodium hypochlorite combined with Vitapex paste during root canal treatment for children with pulpitis of deciduous teeth can improve their short-term and long-term therapeutic effects,reduce the body's inflammatory response,reduce the duration of pain,have good cleaning and antibacterial effects,and further improve the periodontal health level of children.
