Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Acupoint Application Combined with Respiratory Training on Stable COPD Patients and Its Impact on Lung Function,T Lymphocyte Subsets, and Quality of Life
Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint application combined with respiratory training in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:120 cases of stable COPD patients admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to 2023.12 were selected and divided into Joint group and matched group,60 cases each. The control group was given conventional western medicine symptomatic treatment, and the Joint group was based on the matched group, with acupoint plastering with respiratory training.Compare the related indexes.Result:The total response rate was higher than the Joint group(P<0.05);the lung function index level increased post-treatment,and the Joint group was higher(P<0.05);CD4+,CD3+,CD4+/CD8+and CD8+compared with the Joint group(P<0.05);the CAT score was lower in both patients in the treatment groups, and the Joint group was lower than the matched group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with respiratory training can improve the clinical efficacy of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients, enhance their lung and immune functions, further improve their quality of life, and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
